We are proud to announce that this year Shadyvil will be larger and more
diverse than ever. Each year we take everyone's ideas and suggestions, past
& present and do our best to accommodate each individual as well as the
collective as we conceive together what form Shadyvil will take. As you
would imagine, it's always quite a balancing act. As examples: People tent
camping have different needs than people RV camping> kitchens, showers,
shade are obvious examples. We always do our best to make sure everyone has
what they need. Given the multitude of needs & size Shadyvil will take this
year, we would appreciate if everyone could do their part by helping out
with dues this year. Dues will cover many items including: Domes (we
currently have 1 Large & 2 small + we expect to procure a 2nd large dome
shortly, kitchen: a full sized indoor/oudoor kitchen including stoves, camp
, utensils, cups, napkins etc), evapo-pond, outdoor shower, shade for tent
camping, beer for IPA/Reggae party, generator, gas for stoves & gen.,
lights, sound system, gift items: lighters, fun meters, etc and storage fee
all year for these lovely items (thanks to everyone who donated this year
towards storage) and more..... I'm sure everyone that's been there with us
before understands the need for dues with a group this size.

We have created a staggered dues payment sysytem:

Camp Dues:
25 Shadies @ $75 ending on July 1
25 Shadies @ $100 ending August 1
25 Shadies @ $125 ending August 15
after August 15, All dues $175

We are all very excited as the recent increase in chatter on line indicates.
Please remember- we are a collective- which means all ideas are welcome &
